Individual Psychotherapy Services
I provide individual psychotherapy services online or over the phone to adults across Ontario. Appointments are available for 50-minute sessions, and regular standing weekly or bi-weekly appointment times are available upon request.
In-person therapy is available in Barrie and through Couch Counselling in Orillia.
Online Psychotherapy
Online video psychotherapy services are facilitated using the secure Jane platform. Appointments are available for persons across Ontario.

Appointments available Monday - Thursday Early morning availability and evening availability.

In-Person Psychotherapy
In-person psychotherapy services are available in Barrie and Orillia. Barrie appointments are available Thursday evenings . Orillia appointments are available Tuesday, Wednesday evenings and Saturdays.
50-minute individual psychotherapy is $140.00
Phone Psychotherapy
Telephone psychotherapy services are facilitated using your cellular or home phone. Appointments are available for persons across Ontario.
